How we work

How we run your email and CRM lifecycle programme

See plans
01The case

Three reasons it holds in almost every business

Acquisition costs climb every year. Reaching the people already in your database costs almost nothing — and nobody owns them.

M1M12
Illustrative · acquisition vs lifecycle, twelve months

How a programme compounds

Acquisition (resets monthly)Lifecycle (compounds)

An illustrative curve of the argument, not a client result. Real results are above, each with its period.

i.

Already paid for

Every contact was acquired once, at full cost. Reaching them again carries no media spend, so the margin beats anything acquisition returns.

ii.

Operational, not strategic

Few companies disagree they should be doing this. It fails because no one owns the calendar. Consistency, not insight, is the missing input.

iii.

It compounds

Acquisition resets to zero every month. A lifecycle programme builds on an audience that grows — the same effort returns more in month twelve.

What the research says
+10 pts

Companies that lead in personalization grow about 10 percentage points faster a year than those that lag — and only 10 % of companies are leaders, with US$2 trillion in value at stake.

The charts, explained

Three exhibits from three mandates. Each one states the period, the sector and what was measured, and the note under each chart says what to read into it — and what not to.

Enterprise figure is marketing-influenced revenue; consumer is direct revenue from paid media.

Basis of figures. Each figure is the recorded outcome of a specific mandate under the conditions stated — work completed, not a projection. Measurement windows differ and are stated on each exhibit. Outcomes elsewhere depend on database, offer, category and market, and are not presented as typical or repeatable.

03Lifecycle

One programme for the whole customer lifecycle

This is not only sending emails. It is operating every stage of the customer relationship inside your CRM. These are the seven we cover.

  1. 01
    Data acquisition and capture

Forms, pop-ups and landing pages that turn visits into contacts with recorded consent.

  2. 02
    Welcome and onboarding

The welcome series: who you are, what to expect and the first step, during the days of highest attention.

  3. 03
    First purchase

Nurturing up to the first conversion: social proof, objections and an offer at the right moment.

  4. 04
    Post-purchase engagement

Confirmation, product usage and content that reduces returns and support tickets.

  5. 05
    Cross-sell and upsell

Recommendations driven by behaviour and previous purchases: the next logical product, not the most expensive one.

  6. 06
    Loyalty and retention

Recurring-value programmes, news and recognition for your best customers.

  7. 07
    Recovery and reactivation

Abandoned carts, inactive customers and dormant databases, with sunset rules that protect deliverability.

04Best practices

Anatomy of an email that sells

Top, small, linked to the site. It confirms who is writing before anything is read.

One image, one headline, three lines and a single button. The only thing that must fit without scrolling.

Two pieces in a zigzag, image and text alternating. Links, not buttons: nothing is sold here.

The offer comes after the value, never before. A secondary, quieter button.

Channels, physical address and one-click unsubscribe. Required — and what keeps you out of spam.

Six rules we do not negotiate
  • Subject line under 45 characters; the preheader does the second half.
  • One primary button above the fold. Secondary actions as links.
  • At least 60% real text. An image-only email does not arrive.
  • Every image with alt text: the message must survive with images off.
  • Single column, 600px wide, body at 14px or more. Mobile is the default screen.
  • One-click unsubscribe, a physical address, and a domain authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
05Targeting

The part nobody shows you

Most of what goes wrong with email is not creative. It is a domain that was never authenticated, a list that was never segmented, and consent that was never recorded. The last one carries a fine.

RFM segmentation

Recency, frequency and monetary scoring across the active base, refreshed on every send.

In plain termsLast week’s buyer and someone quiet for a year stop receiving the same email.
Behavioural triggers

Event-driven automations fired by user action and inaction, not by a calendar date.

In plain termsThe email arrives because they browsed, bought or went quiet — not because it’s Tuesday.
Suppression & sunset

Defined rules removing unengaged and excluded contacts from sending on a set schedule.

In plain termsWe stop emailing people who never open. It protects inbox placement for everyone who does.
SPF, DKIM & DMARC

Domain authentication configured and aligned so providers can cryptographically verify the sender.

In plain termsProof the mail came from you. Without it, Gmail files you as suspicious before a word is read.
Bulk sender compliance

Google and Yahoo requirements: authentication, one-click unsubscribe, complaint rate under 0.3%.

In plain termsBreak them and delivery drops for your whole list, not just one campaign.
GDPR & lawful basis

Consent records maintained, processor terms in place, erasure and objection requests honoured.

In plain termsThe list stays yours and stays legal. We work as your processor — never a second copy of your data elsewhere.
06Data protection

Your customers’ data, safe and with consent

Email only works with trust. Every programme runs under the privacy law of each market we send to, with consent recorded and the data always in your name.

Frameworks we work under

GDPR and UK GDPR (Europe and the United Kingdom) · CCPA/CPRA and CAN-SPAM (United States) · LGPD (Brazil) · LFPDPPP (Mexico) · Law 1581 (Colombia) · Law 29733 (Peru) · Law 19.628 (Chile) · Law 25.326 (Argentina) · PIPEDA and CASL (Canada).

  1. Recorded consent. Every contact has a source, a date and a lawful basis. No purchased lists, ever.
  2. Double opt-in where required. New subscribers confirm before receiving the first campaign.
  3. One-click unsubscribe. In every email, honoured immediately — as Google and Yahoo now require.
  4. We are your processor, not the owner. A written data-processing agreement; the data stays in your platform and your name.
  5. Data minimisation. We use only the fields a campaign needs; no profiling beyond what you have authorised.
  6. No copies, no resale. Your data is never exported to third parties or used for anyone else.
  7. Encrypted in transit. Access through your own accounts, with two-factor authentication and named users.
  8. Limited retention. Suppressed and unsubscribed contacts stay only as a “do not contact” record, as the law requires.
  9. Access ends with the engagement. Credentials are revoked the day the programme ends.
  10. No consent in place? We integrate it, carefully. If your base has never recorded consent, we audit where every contact came from, set up double opt-in, a preference centre and unsubscribe in your platform, and rebuild consent before the first send.
07FAQ

Questions people ask first

Do we have to move to a new platform?
No. We work inside the platform you already own and pay for — HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, emBlue. You keep the account, the list and the billing. If you have outgrown your platform we will say so, but that is a separate decision.
Who owns the list and the data?
You do, at every stage. We act as your processor under a written agreement, working inside your account. No second copy of your customer data is created anywhere else, and access ends the day the engagement does.
Our list is old. Is it worth anything?
Usually yes — a quiet list has no fatigue. That is exactly what the Diagnostic measures: how much of the database is still reachable, what it responded to historically, and what it could return. Two weeks, and the fee is credited if a programme follows.
How soon do results appear — and how long do we have to commit?
The first campaigns go out within the first two weeks; setup runs in parallel, so you never pay for a set-up month. You can start with one month, the three-month plan is the recommended one, and the annual plan is the most economical. An honest read of results needs a full quarter.
Will daily email annoy our customers?
Sending the same promotion daily would. A mix where most sends are useful and only some are selling does not — that is why open rates rose rather than fell in the programme shown under Evidence. Frequency is set per segment, and unengaged contacts are deliberately suppressed.
Can you work in any language?
Yes — we can work in any language: campaigns, automations and reports are produced in the language of your market. Meetings are held in English or Spanish.
How do we hire and pay?
Choose a programme and a term, complete your details and we take you to our secure payment gateway (Stripe) to pay by card. If you would rather talk first, send the quiz and we reply within a few hours with a written proposal. Nothing is charged until you pay.
Do you work with marketing agencies?
Yes. Agencies subcontract us to run email for their clients: we work inside their accounts, with their team and their brand, at the same standard we hold for direct clients.
How do you protect our customers’ data?
We act as your data processor under a written agreement, work inside your own platform, keep consent records, apply one-click unsubscribe and data minimisation, and never sell or copy your data elsewhere. The full list is in the Data protection section above.
